The Black Series Base Camp Duffel is like a finely polished stone; it has a reliably solid base thanks to details borrowed from The North Face's regular Base Camp Duffels, but its exterior is altogether more refined. Instead of flat handles, this version has a single rope, with fine leather details, threaded throughout to provide a range of carrying options. The material is smooth and matte, and the trims are understated. It does still possess the open-wide top opening, an end-cap pocket for separating shoes or dirty clothing and an internal zipped pocket for smaller items. So it's practical but looks exceptionally good at the same time.
