Delivering perfect weather protection for your everyday adventures, the SALIER winter coat features a sustainable TEXAPORE face fabric that makes it waterproof, windproof and breathable. This weatherproof specification is boosted by a high quality PRIMALOFT® synthetic fibre fill, which provides the insulation. To ensure that the warmth is retained within the coat, the SALIER is equipped with a snug, detachable hood, internal cuffs and an adjustable draw cord at the waist.

With TEXAPORE ECOSPHERE PRO, you are optimally geared up for particularly demanding challenges and weather conditions. Completely windproof, extremely waterproof and highly breathable. The outer material, membrane and lining are completely recycled.

  1. Outer material: The outer material is made from recycled PET bottles and is completely PFC-free.
  2. Membrane: Zero waste – the membrane is made from the remnants left over from previous production. This means there is no waste whatsoever.
  3. Lining: The inside of Jack Wolfskin's TEXAPORE ECOSPHERE jackets is also made from completely recycled material and is certified according to the Global Recycling Standard.

How To Care

- CLOSE ALL FASTENINGS
Before cleaning, turn your product inside out and close all Velcro® fastenings and zips to prevent accidental damage.

- MACHINE WASH
Machine wash at 30°C or below with similar colours. To get the best performance out of your gear, wash it Nikwax's Tech Wash® as often as necessary to remove impurities, such as sweat, dirt, campfire smoke and cooking odours.

- RETREAT THE GARMENT
To prolong the life of your weatherproof gear, you’ll need to retreat the garment to reproof the waterproof coating after a certain amount of washes. If you notice that water is not beading as well as it did when you first purchased the garment, it may be time to retreat it. You can reproof the durable waterproof coating with Nikwax's TX.Direct® Wash-In or Spray-On product, following the instructions carefully.
