How do I return?
Visit our Returns Center
Enter your order number and email address to start
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What and how are items returnable?

  • Within 14 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Bargain Basecamp % Section
  • SALE & Discounted Products
  • Gift cards
  • Gas Canisters
  • Nikwax Products
The item I received is damaged or faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you at an extra cost upon customer's confirmation.

What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)
  • Items that are faulty or incorrectly shipped, shipping expenses are covered by Adventure Shop.
  • Items that are incorrectly ordered or size not fit or product exchange, shipping cost will be covered by the customer.

    How do I ship back the items?
    For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

    How soon will I get my refund?
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

    Warranty Policy
    At the Adventure Shop, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. We offer a 2-year warranty on all items purchased through our online shop or in-store, covering any manufacturing defects under normal use. Please note that this warranty applies to all products except for items from The North Face brand, which are subject to the warranty terms specified by the manufacturer directly.

    Important Warranty Notice Regarding The North Face Products
    Please be advised that the Adventure Shop no longer serves as the main representative for The North Face brand in Malta. Therefore, any products by The North Face purchased through our online store or physical locations are not covered by us for warranty support.

    For warranty claims locally, we recommend reaching out directly to the new authorised distributor in Malta, or contacting The North Face EU Warranty Service at tnf.warranty.eu@vfc.com .
